Tryce Walker is a graduating senior from Horizon High School who will continue his academic journey at Nova Southeastern University, majoring in Computer Science with a concentration in cybersecurity. His passion lies in protecting small businesses from digital threats by making security solutions more accessible. A competitive swimmer since the 10th grade, Tryce has honed discipline, resilience, and time management skills while balancing demanding training schedules with advanced coursework. Despite financial challenges, he has remained steadfast in his pursuit of both academic and athletic excellence.
His long-term goal is to gain corporate experience before launching his own cybersecurity consulting firm dedicated to serving small organizations. Beyond academics and athletics, Tryce is actively involved in community service, mentoring fellow Black athletes, and volunteering through No Walls Church and Lucky’s Lake. As a member of the Horizon Swim Team, Windermere Lake Swim Team, and Nova Southeastern Swim Team, he continues to exemplify commitment, leadership, and service.
