Kishaan Beer is a dedicated professional with a passion for manufacturing and a long-term goal of advancing into the Aerospace or Aviation industries. After graduating from high school in 2013, he initially pursued college but found the lessons less practical than he desired. In 2019, he began a manufacturing program to support a friend, which sparked his interest and led him into the industry in 2020. Over the next five years, Kishaan gained valuable hands-on experience, deepening his commitment to the field. Inspired by the resilience and work ethic of his parents, who emigrated from a farming village in Guyana to build a life in the United States, he has adopted discipline, persistence, and continuous learning as guiding principles. Today, Kishaan is expanding his skills through advanced training to contribute innovative techniques to the manufacturing industry. His ultimate aspiration is to create meaningful work that inspires future generations.
