A freshman at Regent University Psychology Program studying Psychology and Counseling, Daniel Banks has great dreams. “I began to counsel classmates who were either having family issues, cutting themselves or were on the verge of committing suicide. Instinctively, words would flow from my mouth that somehow helped to encourage them (to God be the glory). It has become quite apparent that God created me to impact the lives of others. Essentially, counseling is what God has called me to do. With God’s gifts, I hope to impact the world”.
